1/2 kg Endive
2 apples
3 tbsp oil
1 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice
1 thinly sliced onion
pepper
salt
1/2 tsp sugar
red and/or green pepper
1. Clean the Endive heads, wash and slice into thin rings.
2. Peel and chop the apples.
3. Make a salad dressing of oil and vinegar or lemon juice, pepper, salt and sugar (optional).
4. Add the Endive and apple and toss well.
5. Garnish the salad with some peppers.
